Click & collect

You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to

Here’s how you do it:

• Choose “Click and collect” at checkout and select your preferred store or pick up point and suitable date
• Check your email for the Order Confirmation with your order number and information on how to collect
• Go to your selected store or pick up point following your Order Confirmation email instructions
• Collection will be contact-free when you order bulky or heavy items. So please be prepared to load your vehicle yourself as co-workers won’t be able to assist.

What it costs:

• Free of charge

When to collect:

• You can select your preferred collection date, as soon as the next day
• On your collection date, you’ll receive a phone call to tell you that your order is available to collect. Please bring your Order Confirmation email and proof of ID.
• Please remember to collect your order on your selected day.
• If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have the original email confirmation and proof of ID.
