If your order is a Click & Collect delivery, you'll find this information useful
- All the notifications regarding the status of your order will be sent via email. Kindly take into account that our emails can be located in your spam folder.
- The delivery day you selected will be the day your order arrives at our Click & Collect point.
- Your order will be ready to be picked up if it appears as “Order in-transit” on the tracker as depicted in the image below:
4. For more details on the status of your order, click on "Tracking details". The status update "Order Takeover" indicates that your order is already at our Click & Collect point and you can pick it up.
