Click & collect
With IKEA Click & collect, you have the power to choose. Order online at your convenience, and select the time and place you want to pick up your items. You can choose to pick up your order from your local IKEA store or a collection point. We'll gather your items for you, so you can spend more time assembling and less time shopping. And if you'd rather not make a trip, we also offer a delivery service nationwide.
- Promo valid from 4 to 17 March only.
- Minimum purchase requirement is ₱20,000.00.
- Valid for both in-store and online purchases.
- The promo is valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promo at IKEA unless otherwise indicated (WoW Wednesday).
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions unless stated otherwise.
- In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of IKEA with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready to be picked up at the collection point.
For IKEA Pasay City collection point only: Collect your orders within 3 days upon notification. Orders that are not collected within 3 days will be canceled and refunded.
For other collection points: Collect your orders within 5 days upon notification. Orders that are not collected within 5 days will incur an additional charge of ₱20 (exclusive of VAT) per additional day.

At checkout, select "Click & Collect". From there, pick a from a collection point near you.
When your order is ready, you will receive an email and text message informing you that the order is ready for collection. Order
- Have your web order confirmation number and valid government-issued photo ID ready.
- Please ensure your vehicle is prepared for your order and follow the designated pick-up time slot.
For 3rd party pick-up representatives/ couriers (ex. Lalamove, Grab, etc.) please make sure to provide the following to the authorized personnel for the proper releasing of C&C orders:
- Authorization letter (indicate the name of authorized personnel)
- Printed or softcopy of your ID
- Printed or softcopy of your web confirmation order
Unfortunately, order amendments and cancelations can't be done once the order and services are paid for and confirmed. Contact us for more information.
