With IKEA Click & Collect, you’re in control. Place an order online when it’s convenient and choose when and where to collect it.
The price of the service starts at 49 CZK and you can pick up your order at an IKEA store, at a delivery box or at one of the many delivery points.

You can pick up your order at an IKEA store, at a locker, a pick up point or at any of the 2,500 PPL Parcelshops. Details on prices, delivery times, maximum package sizes, pick-up locations, etc. can be found below. Available Click and Collect options will appear automatically in the ordering process.

How Click and Collect works
- Put your desired items in your online shopping cart.
- After entering the zip code, choose an available pickup method.
- Choose an available collection time. Complete your order.
- Live life while we gather your items. We’ll notify you when we’re done.
- Go to your chosen IKEA store or collection point during your time slot.
- Collect your order, load it into your vehicle and drive home.
Good-to-know basics
- Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.
- If you can’t place an order at your desired IKEA store, try another location, remove an out-of-stock item from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.
- Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
- Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
- Bring a helping hand to load your goods.

Frequently asked questions
Search for your order in Order History and check the order status. If the order has already been accepted at the delivery point, it is possible to pick it up. In the order information, you will also find out the date and time you have chosen to pick up the shipment.
If you have an order with collection at the delivery point , it will be ready for you to collect on the selected day and time. You will receive information that your order is ready for collection in the form of an SMS. We recommend keeping to the agreed time for collection.
If you have an order with collection in a department store , the order will be prepared for you on the date you receive in the order confirmation after payment.
If you have an order ready in the IKEA locker, wait for an SMS with the PIN code to pick up the shipment.
Mobile delivery points - the goods must be picked up on the day chosen, then the order is cancelled.
Lockers - pick up within 3 days at the most, then the order is cancelled.
Pick-up points - collection within 5 days maximum.
Zličín - collection no later than the next day.
Černý Most - collection no later than the next day.
Brno - pick-up within 3 days at the most.
Ostrava - pick up within 3 days maximum.
Zličín - a tent in front of a department store.
Černý Most - customer service in a department store.

To pick up an order at an IKEA department store, you must have the order number with you and know the name of the person named in the order, in the case of picking up at a BOX, you must have a PIN.
The best way to confirm your order is to add the product to your shopping cart. Once the system checks at checkout that there is sufficient quantity to complete the purchase, the order will be processed. Since other customers can also add the selected product to their shopping cart, we can only confirm the final stock after you go "to the checkout" - i.e. to the order processing process.
A Click & Collect order cannot be completed if only "low stock" of that product is available. Due to timing, they may not be available at the time of pick-up and we want to avoid any inconvenience. We recommend trying another collection point. We also point out that each delivery point falls under a certain IKEA department store from which it takes the given goods.
