IKEA service product delivery saves your time and energy to do what you want - like singing in the rain instead of driving in it.

The delivery price starts at CZK 149 and depends on the size and weight of the order. You will see the exact price when you add the products to your cart. You can also use Click & Collect to pick up your online order at an IKEA store or in IKEA dispensing point from CZK 49.

Delivery options and prices

The speed with which you receive your purchase depends on the size of your order, delivery location, delivery requirements and product availability. During online payment or while booking at an IKEA store, you'll get available information about available delivery options, estimated lead time and exact prices. Then you can decide what suits you and your wallet.

Small furniture delivery from CZK 149

Ideal for smaller orders of decorations and accessories such as picture frames, hangers and textiles. You can't choose the delivery date or time.

  • Price from CZK 149 to CZK 249
  • Postage is based on the size and weight of the order
  • Maximum parcel size: maximum length 120 cm and maximum circumference 360 cm
  • Maximum parcel weight: 30 kg
  • If all criteria are met, the option will automatically appear in the order process
  • Transport is provided in cooperation with PPL CZ s.r.o.

Delivery behind the first lockable door from CZK 399

Ideal for smaller furniture orders you can easily carry indoors. Choose a delivery date and the courier company will give you an approximate time window.

  • Regular price from CZK 399 to CZK 1 499
  • For IKEA Family and IKEA for Business members, the price is CZK 499 for purchases over CZK 5,000
  • The shipping price depends on the size of the order
  • If the address is in the delivery zone, this option will appear automatically during the order process

Home delivery from CZK 649

Ideal for larger furniture deliveries that can't be left on the curb, such as beds, wardrobes or appliances. Choose a date and a room and the carrier will give you an approximate time window.

  • Regular price from CZK 649 to CZK 1 999
  • For IKEA Family and IKEA for Business members, the price is CZK 999 for purchases over CZK  10 000
  • The shipping price depends on the size of the order
  • If the address is in the delivery zone, this option will appear automatically during the order process

How IKEA delivery service works

  1. Shop online or in store. Shop for your dreams and don't worry about transport. We'll take care of the delivery.
  2. Book your delivery. Buying online? Delivery options will appear during checkout. In a store? Visit the customer service area.
  3. Relax, have a coffee (or three) and live life while we process your purchase.
  4. We or the carrier will let you know when your order is on its way. Or you may be given a tracking number.
  5. You may need to sign for the order. Or check your order by your curb/main entrance.
  6. Check packages for accuracy and condition. Any problems? Inform the courier and/or contact us.

Good to know

  • You can track your package delivery or use the link provided in the order confirmation email.
  • For truck deliveries, let us know about any considerations such as parking, time or weight restrictions.
  • Make sure your delivery will fit through all doors, hallways, stairs and lifts in your home and building. For dimensions, see the "Package Details" section on each product page.
  • For deliveries to an apartment or condominium, verify that packages can be accepted or left at the main entrance.
  • Live potted plants and food/drink products can only be purchased in the store and cannot be delivered. In some cases, seasonal ranges and limited collections cannot be delivered. You can combine the IKEA delivery service with an installation service for added convenience.
