How the interior design service works
After booking an appointment, you will meet with an Interior Design expert virtually or instore to discuss your business’ needs and dreams.

1. Get in touch
Book your appointment. We will then get back to you with a questionnaire to get an understanding of your space and what you'd like to achieve.
2. Consultation
Depending on your needs, wishes and vision, we discuss different possibilities and solutions. How do you work today? What existing solutions function well? What are you missing? We also talk about the scope of the project and your expectations.
3. Interior Design
Based on knowledge and insights about your business and your needs, we create an interior design solution with suggestions for furniture, lighting and accessories. The proposal contains a mood board, floor plan, product collage, detailed drawings and product suggestions.
4. Ordering
When it is time to place your order, your local IKEA for Business Specialist will help you book everything need and ensure everything runs as smooth as possible.

Plans and sketches
Based on knowledge and insights about your business and your needs, we create floor plans and 3D sketches that offer a clear sense of the finished solution, well ahead of time.

When it is time to place your order you can go to the IKEA store, order online or leave it to us to complete your order.

Your design may take up to 4 weeks to complete, please note timings may vary depending on the size of the project and designer availability. Your designer will give you an estimated completion date after assessing the needs for your space and discussing your project in detail after your first consultation. Please note, times for larger projects will vary depending on the size of the project. Please share if you have a completion date in mind and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes, absolutely. The interior designer can make big changes with what you already have in your home. You can get suggestions for a new furniture or tips on accessories to add to what you already have.
We are unable to do home/site visits as all our interior design services are accessible online and instore only.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please click on the cancellation link in your confirmation email or to rearrange.
Yes, the interior designer can find different ways to meet your interior design needs within your budget.
We will be happy to make revisions or provide alternative options after your final consultation, however, please note additional changes after the final consultation will be charged at an additional cost of ($149) and should be arranged directly with your designer at their next available opportunity.
As we are an online service, we are unable to offer a measuring service.
